As the Field CTO , you will sit at the intersection of high-level strategy and deep-tier engineering. you are a hands-on builder who can architect a solution in a boardroom and then ship the code to make it a reality.
Technical Sales Sovereignty: Lead early-stage technical discovery, deliver high-impact demos, and navigate complex architecture and security reviews with enterprise stakeholders.




Serve as a lead contributor—shipping code, building bespoke integrations, and maintaining rigorous quality standards for production deployments.
Deployment & Accuracy: Oversee the full lifecycle of customer integrations, ensuring AI agents meet strict production accuracy and performance KPIs.
Product Advocacy: Act as the bridge between the local market and global Product/Engineering teams, translating customer friction into product features.
The Builder: 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. you enjoy writing it.
Fluent in English and at least one additional regional language.
