Role Description

We are looking for a QA Manager (with experience in CLM) to contribute to a project with a global customer in wealth management. You will build a strong team with high‑caliber professionals that will work closely with the client’s IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.

About The Role
- Design, build, configure, monitor, and maintain test environments.
- Keep Confluence documentation complete and current, covering environment purpose, integrations, supported modules, data types, and access/entry criteria.
- Continuously monitor environment health, performance, and configuration drift; drive proactive remediation.
- Coordinate environment refreshes (e.g. every half year production data is freshly anonymized and loaded into test environments), patches, upgrades, and incident resolution in line with change control.

Test Data Strategy & Provisioning
- Own the full test data lifecycle: sourcing, preparation, provisioning, and retirement.




- Manage recurring data refresh cycles in collaboration with other teams providing specialist functions such as data anonymization.
- Ensure data consistency across paired environments; detect and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain reusable, role‑based test personas and associated datasets with usage guidance.
- Ensure Scrum Teams’ test data and environment needs are fully supported.

Hybrid Work Model
