At Bravilor Bonamat, you'll have the freedom to build your own territory, make a direct impact on the growth of the Spanish market and work in an international environment with short decision‑making lines. This is not a traditional account management role. Around 80% of your time will be dedicated to developing new business, expanding our customer base and creating opportunities from scratch.

You will preferably be based in the Madrid region, giving you the opportunity to further develop the central and southern part of Spain while working closely with our colleague in the Barcelona region.

As Senior Account Manager Spain, you'll build and grow your own territory,



creating opportunities where others don't see them. You'll spend most of your week in the field, typically three to four days, travelling across Spain to meet customers, develop new business and strengthen Bravilor Bonamat's market position.

You will:
- Build and develop your own sales territory.
- Identify and approach new customers and market segments.
- Open new doors and create business opportunities from scratch.
- Develop long‑term customer relationships while expanding existing business.
- Visit customers throughout Spain and spend several days per week on the road.
- Translate market opportunities into concrete commercial results.
- Think beyond existing customer groups and identify new applications and industries.
- Work independently while collaborating with colleagues across Europe.
