YOUR MISSION

As a Accounting Assistant & Credit Collector, you will play a key role in contribute to the accurate and timely financial recording and reporting, ensuring data integrity to support informed decision-making and optimize financial processes for the LVMH W&J; Iberia subsidiary. Based in Madrid, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report to the Accounting Manager.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform accounting and administrative activities for the Finance department.




- Record and review accounting transactions in SAP.
- Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Support month-end closing activities and journal entries.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies while supporting process improvements

Profile

College degree required. Major in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics. Initial experience in fianance. Languages: English. Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, … Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
