To support this growth, we are hiring a Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to delivering tailor‑made boating experiences to our German clients.

The role

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our crew in Barcelona.

In this role, you will play a key part in the German Market of the Sales Team, a business unit of around 40 people,



managing German‑speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals. You’ll also work closely with the Supply and Customer Care crew members to deliver a seamless and high‑quality experience to our users.

Responsibilities
- Understanding our customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat; boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in your pipeline.
- Maximizing the conversion rate by applying Sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat; the next time they go sailing.
