As our Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations and managing the team in all aspects of the Front Office and work along with them. With your sparkling personality and your hands‑on mentality, you provide the ultimate experience for our guests and your team.

This Is What You’re Going To Do
- Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service.
- You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and Trainees.
- You will be working closely with the housekeeping, maintenance and F&B; department.
- Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders.
- Assist the daily operations on different departments.
- Handling complaints according to procedure.





This is why you are the best candidate
- Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor is required.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish/English.
- Be proactive, dynamic, and have a positive attitude.
- You are a team leader.
