THE ROLE
The HR Administrative is responsible for supporting the administrative execution of HR and related processes, with an initial focus on Ludwigshafen and potential expansion to other German entities.



This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) based in Alcala de Henares, Madrid. The main responsabilities and tasks are:
- Handle administrative and operational HR tasks independently within the scope of employee support.
- Act as a point of contact for managers and employees on administrative and operational matters.
- Prepare employee-related documents, certificates, and reports.
- Administer and maintain employee data and personnel records with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality.
- Support the optimization and further development of internal processes and workflows.
- Assist in HR-related projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate time management processes and documentation.
- Organize temporary staff, interns, and student workers.
- Support administrative tasks for pensioners and coordinate access cards.
- Process invoices for the local HR unit.
- Provide training administration
