About the Role

Enterprise Client Success Manager - Spanish Speaking

LOCATION: Madrid.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the primary owner dedicated to a group of Clarity AI’s clients
- Deliver a Gold Standard Experience (fast, smart, concise, human, accurate, and informed) to your assigned clients and internal stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with your clients by becoming a subject matter expert on their business and their Clarity AI use case, as well as topics such as ESG, Impact and relevant regulations
- Drive commercial conversations with your clients, searching for ways in which Clarity AI can deliver more value for them
- Lead projects to implement/improve processes and solutions t
