ABOUT THE ROLE
- Analysis of existing Freight Procurement processes of the customer and advising the customer regarding the potential for optimization in combination with the TMS Product
- Adoption of the specialist requirements of the customer
- Measurements/ key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction/standing with the customer, number of consulting days sold, and proportion of standard features/prevention of individual customer solutions
- Leading/presenting professional workshops
- Training in customer-specific solutions, implementation, and configuration of the Solution
- Structured documentation of processes and system configuration
- Support in the sales process
- Provider of input for the Product Owners regarding standard solutions and/or with the development of the draft Solutions
- Support in the testing and creation of test cases, etc.
