Your primary goal involves driving kitchen operational success. To achieve this, you will deliver exceptional sanitation support. At the same time, you will keep all back-of-house stations beautifully aligned with strict safety standards. Therefore, you will manage precise dishware inventories, transport culinary ingredients safely, and execute structural cleaning tasks. Additionally, you will monitor stock levels and collaborate with your team to hit service objectives. As a result, you will create a highly efficient culinary environment. Consequently, you will eliminate service delays during peak dining hours and protect our hotel’s 70-year legacy of luxury hospitality flawlessly.
