About the role
We are looking for a senior, product-minded CRO expert to build and own our experimentation engine across Product, Data and Technology. This is not a traditional CRO role. You will:
- Build a structured experimentation system from idea to execution
- Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities across the customer journey
- Challenge product, UX and business decisions using data
- Help teams prioritise what should actually be built
You will work closely with Product, Tech, Design and Leadership in a fast-paced, iterative environment where decisions are driven by experimentation rather than opinion.

Your profile
We are not looking for someone who simply runs A/B tests. We want someone who can:
- Understand the product and business deeply
- Build a scalable experimentation process
- Turn data into clear product decisions
- Balance product, UX, marketing and technical considerations
- Help the company focus on the initiatives that create the highest business impact
