EIT Food seeks a Junior Legal Counsel to support the Legal Department across the organisation. This role can be based in Spain (Madrid or Bilbao) or Poland (Warsaw).
You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, support EU-funded activities, and assist in procurement processes while learning from senior counsel. You will collaborate with project managers and internal teams, help improve legal templates, and identify risks in documentation.
