If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Field Service Engineer in Barcelona (hybrid), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech.What you will do in this role- Deliver on-site service via work orders: install, commission, maintain, and repair customer equipment - Provide remote technical support and manage complex escalations,



including L1 analysis and advanced troubleshooting - Handle multiple escalations in parallel, meeting SLA targets and minimizing upward escalation - Document service activities, produce technical reports, and train customers on operation and basic maintenance - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards - Communicate service delivery in English (additional languages a plus) - Demonstrate flexibility to travel extensively across Spain, Portugal, and France for field work (expenses covered)Concentrix is a great match if you have:- A native or proficient level in English.
