Join Ericsson’s Planning & Analytics team and help shape the future of how digital solutions, automation, and AI are used across the business.
Working closely with business stakeholders and digital experts, you’ll contribute to building applications, automations, analytics solutions, and AI‑powered experiences that simplify processes, improve efficiency, and create better ways of working.
What you will do
- Design and enhance digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate,



and Copilot Studio
- Develop Python‑based solutions for automation, integrations, and data processing
- Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and business insights
- Explore and prototype AI and Generative AI use cases for business applications
- Improve business processes through automation and digital innovation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions
- Contribute to application design, user experience improvements, and solution testing
- Support documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and solution adoption
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and help identify new opportunities for innovation

Who You Are
We are looking for individuals with strong potential who are excited to learn, innovate, and make an impact:
- Currently enrolled in University doing a Degree or Masters program
- Degree in Computer Science
