OVERVIEWJoin the fast-growing TechOps BI team at TransPerfect as a Business Intelligence Developer, supporting the design, development, and maintenance of modern business intelligence architectures and solutions. You will work with a suite of TechOps technology products, integrating real-time data from Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services as well as leveraging Snowflake cloud data warehouse environments. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insightful analytics and reporting through leading industry tools (such as KNIME and Tableau), and ensure business stakeholders have access to timely and reliable data to drive strategic decision-making.DESCRIPTION• Manage and develop ETL processes using Microsoft SQL Server,



Snowflake and KNIME to capture current business, technical, and reporting requirements. Maintain data pipelines and workflows to support real-time updates and accurate replication between various databases and reporting environments. Construct robust processes for error reporting and notification through email and other alerts. (25%)• Create and deploy scalable analytical systems for end users, including interactive dashboards and reports built on Tableau and KNIME. Develop and automate production reports for daily/weekly/monthly statistics, and design versátil, reliable relational database models within SQL Server and Snowflake. (25%)• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand underlying business needs, applying data mining techniques to discover and unify data from multiple sources.
