Your role will be:
- Lead the IT delivery of digital and omnichannel projects, ensuring quality, efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Partner closely with Business Omnichannel teams to define requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple IT teams, ensuring dependencies,
timelines and risks are effectively managed.
- Oversee the evolution and continuous improvement of LOEWE's eCommerce ecosystem, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its connected platforms.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
- Promote best practices in IT architecture, performance, security, scalability and process automation.
- Support Agile ways of working by contributing to backlog management, prioritization, testing and delivery planning.
- Monitor project and product performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation, governance and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and digital trends, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the business.
