Supplier Quality Engineer, Electrical Systems

We are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to build and scale our electrical supplier quality capability across Europe and beyond.

Success in this role means more than resolving quality issues—it means developing suppliers, industrializing new products, preventing defects before they occur, and building robust quality systems that support Rondo’s rapid general growth.

This role requires frequent travel to supplier facilities throughout Europe and internationally.

What You Will Do (key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to):

Build Supplier Quality Capability




- Develop and execute the supplier quality strategy for electrical components and assemblies.
- Establish scalable supplier qualification, audit, and performance management processes.
- Build strong technical relationships with strategic suppliers and become their primary quality partner.
- Define supplier quality standards, acceptance criteria, and quality documentation.
- Partner with supply chain to qualify new suppliers and audit existing ones.
- Support the industrialization of new electrical products and suppliers from prototype through production.
- Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability and production readiness.
- Lead supplier activities, production readiness reviews, and process validation.
- Review manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve quality, throughput, and robustness.
- Help to implement APQP and PPAP methodology.
