The Position

Roche is embarking on an exciting new strategic chapter, expanding our footprint into the cardiometabolic therapeutic area—an area where you will play a pivotal role. We are looking for ambitious, growth-oriented professionals to join our Pipeline Acceleration Team to build the future of this therapeutic space. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping both our local and national strategy and will directly influence our clinical approach through high-impact collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders.

Purpose

Objectives
- Act as a key architect of our medical footprint: Adapt and refine the national strategy for your territory, ensuring regional medical excellence
- Gathering insights and identifying gaps, with a solid understanding of the environment and its evolution
- Shape the medical ecosystem: Identify and implement tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of patients and HCPs, positioning Roche at the forefront of the field
- Strategic Autonomy: Lead the regional medical strategy with the autonomy to influence national decision-making
