What You Will Be Responsible For
- Creative Vision You define and shape the creative vision and design direction for the Light Woven category across Womens, ensuring a strong balance between brand identity, trend relevance, and commercial success.
- Trend Research You continuously research market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes for both men's segments and translate them into relevant, innovative design concepts.
- Collection Development You develop seasonal collections for Womenswear from the first idea to the final product, including sketches, fabric and trim selection, colour palettes, and detailed technical packages.
- Fit & Quality You ensure optimal fit, silhouette, and garment construction for the respective target customers and provide clear, structured feedback during sample and
