Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the local finance function, acting as a trusted key partner to the Managing Director and leadership team.
- Drive all controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and performance steering across collections and channels.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support fast and strategic decision‑making.
- Manage and challenge the external accounting provider in Spain to ensure high‑quality and timely financial reporting.
- Act as the central link connecting local business, Group Finance, and the Shared Service Center in Germany.
- Oversee local liquidity and cash management while building scalable processes, structures, and modern financial controls.

Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance,



or related field.
- 5–7 years of finance experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong controlling background with deep knowledge of margins and inventory.
- Experience with external accounting partners or shared services.
- Fluent Spanish and English; German is a plus.
- Highly entrepreneurial, hands‑on, and pragmatic, comfortable working independently and making data‑driven decisions close to the business.
