Summary of Role

Lead the governance and end-to-end management of Anthesis Group’s global compensation and benefits offering, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with our business strategy. This role plays a key part in shaping how we attract, reward, and retain talent across our global organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full equity lifecycle, including vesting, exercises,



and terminations, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and a seamless employee experience through Dealstack.
- Maintain robust compliance and governance frameworks, including plan documentation and audit trails, in partnership with Finance and Legal.
- Deliver insightful analytics and guidance to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Own and continuously enhance global compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with the company’s evolving reward strategy.
- Manage and evolve the global benefits offering, driving improvements in local policies while progressing towards greater general harmonisation.
- Collaborate with local/regional stakeholders and external providers (e.g., brokers, insurers) to ensure consistency and effectiveness across markets.
