Overview

At Infor, we create customer‑specific content in multiple formats – print‑ready documents (proposals), presentations, webpages, and videos. This internship is based in Barcelona and focuses on the Sales department. Under the guidance of a mentor, the intern will work on producing and formatting proposals and other brand‑aligned assets.

Responsibilities
- Produce brand‑compliant customer deliverables using and modifying templates (mainly proposals/print‑ready PDFs, plus presentations and digital assets) to support sales cases and internal communications.
- Apply Infor brand guidelines consistently across print and digital formats.
- Adapt and localize content: format text and visuals into approved layouts, create simple infographics/diagrams, and prepare assets for different outputs.
- Organize and maintain assets so Solution Consultants can easily find and reuse the latest versions.
- Assist with multimedia production when needed (e.g., prepare brand‑consistent visuals for video and light editing/post‑production under guidance).

Qualifications




- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communications Design, Multimedia Design, UX/UI (visual focus), or similar.
- Strong attention to detail in layout and document design with a “polished output” mindset.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign and Illustrator preferred; Photoshop required; Premiere/After Effects a plus).
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint (a plus); experience with print‑ready PDFs (a plus).
- Good command of English, proactive attitude, and ability to handle tight deadlines with support and clear prioritization.
