The Proposals & Contracts Process Lead is responsible for developing and leading TFS's global proposals and contracts capability across Clinical Development Services. This role combines capability ownership, governance, process excellence, training, Salesforce/CRM expertise, and senior commercial support for strategic proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the global Subject Matter Expert for proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.
- Develop and maintain global standards, templates, tools, governance frameworks, and best practices.




- Lead training, onboarding, competency development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Drive quality oversight, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across Business Units.
- Act as the Salesforce/CRM process lead, supporting adoption, data quality, and process improvements.
- Provide senior commercial support on complex proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic customer opportunities.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in proposals, contracts, budgeting, and commercial operations within a CRO environment.
- Proven experience developing global proposal and contract standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, competency frameworks, and process improvement initiatives.
- Extensive experience preparing budgets, proposals, contracts, and change orders for clients and vendors.
