Responsibilities
- Keeping trade relations with suppliers




- Running commercial negotiations for the purchase of the packaging materials
- Preparing trade contracts
- Supervising and coordinating the implementation of delivery schedules
- Optimization of packaging material costs
- Preparing reports on a current basis
- Assure the quality of the materials purchased
- Sourcing of new suppliers in order to optimize the cost and the quality of the materials
- Tracking the main feedstocks, market evolution and effects in the packaging materials
- Management of incidents
- Keeping updated the files to monitor the current evolution in materials

Our Requirements
- Higher education (preferably Project Management etc.)
- At least three years of professional experience in a similar position in purchasing department, experience as Project Leader
- Knowledge of purchasing and project management tools
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Fluent English (min B2)
- Excellent organizational and pri
