About the role
As a Senior Skills Account Manager , you will develop and manage employer partnerships that create apprenticeship opportunities and support successful learner outcomes.
You will work with employers, learners and internal teams to identify workforce needs, generate apprenticeship opportunities and convert these into successful starts,



whilst ensuring quality, compliance and retention standards are met.
This role would suit an experienced apprenticeship, training or skills professional with a proven track record in sales, employer engagement or account management who is comfortable working towards targets and managing a national employer portfolio.

What you will do
- Develop and manage relationships with employers across England
- Generate apprenticeship opportunities and achieve agreed starts and performance targets
- Manage a live pipeline of employer opportunities from first engagement through to learner onboarding
- Act as the primary contact for employers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
- Work closely with delivery, learner support and compliance teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Keep accurate records and follow required processes
- Ensure activity complies with ESFA funding requirements, safeguarding and qu
