This position provides administrative and operational support to the Collection Program Manager to ensure the effective execution of the collections program. Assist with monitoring processes, preparing reports, coordinating activities, and collaborating on other projects within the department.

Job Setting

Office or hybrid, with a minimum of 40% attendance in the regional FC office. Requires domestic and international travel.

Organizational Fit

Reports to the Collection Program Manager. Collaborates closely with members of Finance, Legal, IT and regional Commercial teams and potentially with customers. Interacts frequently with customers.

Position Summary

As Collection Program Assistant you are responsible for:




- Support the process of planning, coordinating, and ultimately managing all royalties (excluding Sekoya).
- Support on the customer management system (whether Smartsheet, Excel, or otherwise).
- Coordinates with all other functions including Finance, IT, Legal, Product Management and Customer Service.
- In coordination with regional Commercial teams, maintains the data integrity of the customer management system (e.g. VAA, validation with ERP, etc.).
- Support the implementation process of the new ERP (Netsuite) in Europe, carrying out the AUT (testing) phase.
- Support the developing a detailed and strategic understanding of collection royalties.
- Develops annual and 5-year forecast in coordination with Commercial and Finance teams.
- Along with the forecast, builds and maintains knowledge of number of plants, timing of planting, including potential replacement, chill level, variety mix, potential discount, and royalty/pri
