For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Drive monetization strategy to increase RPD and ARPU through pricing, offers, and funnel optimization




- Improve retention and engagement by enhancing onboarding, content, and user experience
- Plan and execute A/B tests for monetization and retention features, analyze results and iterate
- Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and measure success (RPD, ARPU, LTV, RR)
- Prioritize and manage the backlog using frameworks like RICE, delivering high-impact initiatives on time
- Collaborate with UA, marketing, content, and development teams to align product and growth strategies

What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Experience in mobile free-to-play (F2P) games or any apps with proven results in monetization and retention
- Strong understanding of in-app economy design, live-ops, and engagement loops
- Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven product development
- Ability to analyze KPIs and financial metrics (ARPU, RPD, LTV) and turn insights into product decisions
