Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for an experienced Producer for a profitable, self-funded studio behind a UGC sandbox title that has been live for over 4.5 years. Players build worlds, mods and content inside a physics-driven playground – the game has passed 200M+ installs and 4M+ DAU on mobile, with an active community. The mobile version grew out of an earlier browser/Steam-based sandbox project; the studio never built a PC version of its own. The studio is now ready to launch and grow a dedicated PC/Steam version – and that's exactly what this role is for.
As the new Producer, you'll be the product lead and owner of the PC/Steam direction, the person shaping what this version becomes: from platform-specific improvements to monetization strategy to the release itself.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Own the product vision for the PC/Steam version – propose features, mechanics and technical/visual improvements specific to PC (lighting, physics depth,



performance and other things mobile can't do)
- Work hand-in-hand with the UI/UX team and the head of development/product to unify and rework the interface for large screens, from concept to shipped feature
- Dive deep into PC/Steam monetization: analyze competitor models, pricing, DLC/seasonal mechanics, regional pricing, wishlist conversion, and bring findings back to the team as concrete proposals
- Own production planning and control: roadmap, release plans, backlog prioritization, deadlines and release quality
- Coordinate cross-functionally across game design, development, art, UI and QA in a distributed team
- Prepare for and manage the Steam release and its ongoing operation: platform technical requirements, release calendar, and community feedback loops typical of UGC titles
- Report on and defend product and monetization proposals to the head of development/product
