We’re looking for two Graduate Marketing Managers to lead roadmaps for strategic marketing initiatives. During your regional rotation, you’ll work closely with local marketers to create tailored campaigns that adapt our global strategies to local markets. Then in your channel-focused rotation, you’ll develop cutting-edge marketing strategies by working with teams focused on branding, media buying, events, and partnerships.

Collaborating with team members to develop forward-thinking marketing strategies (recent campaigns include Audi Revolut F1 Team, NBA, and Sziget Festival)




Leveraging analytical skills to influence key growth decisions and measure performance by monitoring and interpreting KPIs
Improving your planning abilities by creating comprehensive roadmaps for marketing initiatives
Fluency in English
Fluency in Danish, Finnish, German, Portuguese or Norwegian
To have graduated in 2025 or 2026 from a top university
Prior evidence of interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing
Solid project management skills and impeccable attention to detail
Creative storytelling skills and a keen interest in developing data and analytical skills
Full-time availability from July or August 2026
Previous internship experience at a well-known, selective non-tech company, such as a Tier-1 strategy consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or an investment bank/private equity firm
