tinyBuild is a global video game publisher and developer focused on creating long-lasting, sustainable franchises across multiple media formats. Responsible for over 70 titles, including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, the company has a dozen development studios spread across the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine.
Your job will be focused on engaging and fostering communities of our players on Steam, Discord, and beyond. You will be the bridge between the players' expectations and the development team's reality, ensuring that our community remains a healthy, exciting, and productive place to be. This is a fully remote position.
Recruit, train, and inspire a general team of volunteer moderators. You will produce dev logs, write engaging posts, and film/edit gameplay videos to showcase new features and progress.
Execute social media campaigns and maintain a close line of communication with influencers and content creators.




Proven ability to manage volunteer teams and keep them engaged without a traditional payroll structure.
~ Hands-on experience in content creation (video editing, streaming, or graphic design) is essential for demonstrating new game features.
~ Ability to turn "community noise" into structured data and weekly reports that a development team can actually use.
~ Fluent in written and verbal English.
~ In-depth knowledge of Discord, Steam Community Hub, Reddit, and major social platforms.
~ Work on the PC project.
