Hello, Brazy is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for our products in the eSports industry with experience in Google Ads and TikTok Ads, managing $100k+ monthly budgets across multiple GEOs. Experience in Gambling, Betting, Crypto, Gaming, or other regulated/high-risk verticals is highly preferred.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Set up and manage advertising campaigns in TT Ads, Google Ads, and other PPC advertising platforms.
- Research and segment audiences.
- Collect semantic keywords, analyze negative keywords, and differentiate between brand and non-brand traffic.
- Test creatives and formats, and provide recommendations for landing pages and content funnels.
- Set up tracking and end-to-end analytics: UTM, Click ID, GA4, GTM, Meta/TT Pixel.
- Check compliance and adherence to platform rules for each GEO, minimizing the risk of ad bans and rejections.
- Optimize campaigns using key metrics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
