As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to expand and manage our affiliate network in the Turkish market . This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong network of CPA affiliates and a proven track record of acquiring high-quality traffic.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the affiliate acquisition strategy for the Turkish market
Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing CPA affiliates
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing affiliate partners
- Negotiate CPA, Hybrid, and Revenue Share agreements when appropriate
- Manage day-to-day communication with affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate traffic quality, player value, and campaign performance
- Analyze acquisition metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI




- Identify and prevent fraudulent traffic, incentive abuse, and low-quality acquisitions
- Work closely with CRM, Marketing, BI, Product, and Payments teams to improve player acquisition and retention
- Coordinate promotions, exclusive offers, and campaign launches with affiliate partners
- Track competitor activity and identify new partnership opportunities
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for growth
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when required
- Continuously expand and strengthen the company's affiliate portfolio within the Turkish market

What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry .
- Proven experience working with the Turkish iGaming market .
- Strong existing portfolio and network of CPA affiliates in Turkey is essential.
