Manage the inventory and lifecycle of devices (laptops, mobile phones, POS terminals and event/testing equipment): preparation, configuration, delivery, retrieval and secure disposal.




Act as the single point of contact for Helpdesk, providing first- and second-line support and managing incidents through a ticketing tool.
Maintain and document the office network infrastructure: routers, switches, access points, firewalls, VLANs and Wi-Fi.
Manage IT, telecom, repair and maintenance vendors.
Identify and implement AI-driven automations to optimize internal IT and Helpdesk processes.
3–5 years of experience in Corporate IT, Workplace IT, internal IT support, helpdesk/service desk, or device management.
~ First- and second-line support experience on Windows and macOS.
~ Experience with device and inventory management, MDM and endpoint security.
~ Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
~ Knowledge of office networking: Experience with POS terminals, event devices, testing equipment or deployments.
