We're looking for a Senior Character Artist to join our team and help bring immersive, realistic game worlds to life.
Create high-quality 3D character models based on concept art and design briefs.
Optimize character assets for performance while maintaining artistic integrity.
Provide feedback and mentorship to junior artists and help uphold the team’s quality bar.
Work with animation and rigging teams to ensure proper deformation and functionality.
Proven experience as a Character Artist in creative industries. Strong proficiency in ZBrush, Maya or Blender, and Substance Painter.




Functional English proficiency (both spoken and written), with the ability to present and explain your work.
Ability to communicate and work across organisations, networks, build relationships, and coordinate with other teams.
Can drive forward long-term development goals whilst delivering on short-term wins, holding a team accountable for their output.
AAA Projects: Work on exciting, high-profile games with global studios.
Cross-Cultural Team: Collaborate across time zones with clear and respectful communication.
