Managing end-to-end delivery of software implementation and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Leading cross-functional and distributed teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and DevOps specialists.

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.

Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure successful project delivery.

Coordinating implementation and integration of enterprise solutions, APIs, and third-party systems within financial and digital platforms.

Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings.
