An opportunity has arisen on the FAL A330 MRTT for a *Production Engineer specialized in A/C Assembly & Disassembly, System Installation and Functional Test* within *Airbus Defence and Space*, Getafe (Madrid). *RESPONSIBILITIES * The jobholder will be responsible of the A/C conversion activities assigned by the Head Of the A/C zone. Main tasks and responsibilities will include: * Manage the multifunctional team established within TAOTT4 under his/her responsibility to achieve the delivery goals without pending works, integrating all functions assigned: Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning & Production Control, etc. as well as resources assigned; human, infrastructure, tooling, industrial means, etc. * Manage a diverse team of Airbus shopfloor managers, electricians, mechanics and maintenance & testing technicians, as well as several subcontractors' companies working in the same A/C zone.



* Ensure coordination across different TAOTT ́s zones to reach AG2 objectives. * Ensure a proper workload-capacity with right competencies. * Ensure that Health & Safety, Quality, FOD, DIM and House Keeping standards are known and followed by all stakeholders working on his/her area of responsibility. * Drive continuous improvement and the Operational Excellence in the area. * Guarantee VOC (Voice of the Customer) communication in the area, promoting actions to improve customer satisfaction. * Lead the cultural transformation towards a more efficient organization. * Act as a role model in the regarding Health & Safety, team engagement, energy, Airbus values and ethics & compliance. *SKILLS* Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
