Role Summary We are seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible for defining and governing scalable test frameworks and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) practices for the delivery of high-quality embedded software for Radio IC and SoC products. This role ensures quality is designed into the lifecycle through reusable automation frameworks, integrated CI/CD validation, and audit-ready traceability. The position combines deep embedded test expertise with cross-program influence to standardize practices,



improve measurable quality outcomes, and reduce defect escape. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment across a geographically distributed organization.
Key Responsibilities Define, govern, and maintain SQA strategy and test framework architecture, ensuring end-to-end traceability across requirements, implementation, test coverage, and release artifacts, with audit-ready evidence and documentation.
Drive the architecture and evolution of reusable embedded software test frameworks, including automation libraries, infrastructure, and toolchains. Enable standardization and reuse across multiple programs and ensure frameworks support functional, integration, system, regression, and continuous verification.
