As part of the Allianz Technology Group Legal Department, you advise the business within the legal team of the Spanish branch of Allianz Technology SE in all legal areas (except for tax law). You provide business oriented legal advice to safeguard the interests of the company, to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations and to support and guide the (senior) management on legal matters. Your focus will be in the areas of IT- and commercial law. Your focus will be in the areas of IT- and commercial law.
You will represent the company towards external partners and government authorities and steer external law firms wherever needed.



In your role you will be functionally integrated into the Legal Region 2 team of Allianz Technology which consists of lawyers across several jurisdictions. Provide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staff. Monitor, research and address legal issues within the company / branch.
Draft and negotiating IT contracts (e.g. software licenses, SaaS, outsourcing, technology partnership) and commercial services agreements both with third parties and intragroup.
Supporting and ensuring compliance with applicable (regulatory) legislation relevant for our business such as NIS2, Dora, AI Act etc. Ensure implementation of internal governance policies and raise awareness of, and develop legal risk mitigation measures.
Work with the general Allianz Technology Legal community in developing and enhancing practices and procedures
Conduct trainings and oversee and steer external legal counsel, where applicable.
