Customer Success Representative for the Iberia Market
This role will be part of the Sales Organization in Alpega.
The position is based in Sant Cugat, Barcelona.
You speak Spanish at a C2 level and you would like to be part of an international company? Do you want to play an active part in shaping the landscape of the transport industry as part of a SaaS company? Become our new Customer Success Representative As such, you will join our Freight Exchange (FX)



Business and you will be an important member of our organization.
About The Role
- You will focus in contract renewal, retention and upsell of existing clients (B2B)
- Take care of our customer portfolio
- Customer support via phone and e-mail
- Solve customer concerns and escalated issues when appropriate.
- Take ownership of new customers by onboarding and helping them configure their accounts.
- Implement customer development strategies by taking care of the clients in initial guidance, technical support and training services.
- Support the Controlling Department in the process of cancellation, cash collection and debt mediation.
- This role requires the ability to attend industry events and perform on-site client visits as needed.

What We Look For In You
- Previous experience working in sales is idóneo (SDR or BDR roles).
- You speak Spanish at a C2 level and are fluent in English
