The Santander Artificial Intelligence Team is seeking a Product Adoption & Value Lead, based in our Madrid office,



with global scope. You will support the adoption, scaling and value realization of AI‑powered integration and migration capabilities across Santander Group entities. Reporting to the General Head of AI Integration & Migration, you will help convert executive interest and country demand into structured assessments, business cases, adoption plans, KPI tracking and measurable business impact. Support the rollout and adoption of AI Integration & Migration capabilities across countries, coordinating workshops, requirement capture, fit-gap analysis, action tracking and decision preparation.
Maintain and qualify the opportunity pipeline, including prioritization inputs, status, blockers, owners, next steps, assumptions, decision points and expected value.
