Role Overview The TPRM Team Lead (m/f/d) will be responsible for managing the delivery organization in Spain that provides Third Party Risk Management services to Allianz entities globally, with direct delivery responsibilities for a key client entity.



The role oversees a team that may include team leads, TPRM experts, and senior experts, adjusts team capacity and skills to demand, and ensures day-to-day service delivery, while personally performing TPRM officer tasks for a relevant Allianz entity to maintain a strong, hands-on connection with client work.
What You Do Service Delivery Service Delivery Management of TPRM as a service delivered from the Spain hub to Allianz entities across the Group (SLAs, quality, capacity).
Incident and problem management for the service.
Execution of test strategy, quality checklists, and reporting metrics for entities served, in line with general Digital Resilience standards.
Perform TPRM officer activities (e.g., third-party risk assessments, due diligence reviews, ongoing monitoring) for a designated Allianz entity.
