Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
Consolidate and build the customer base
Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
Ensure consistent customer follow-up
Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
Handle customer needs and inquiries
Requirements
~ Language Skills: C2 level of Dutch (French as a plus) with good English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Benelux market
~20 months sales experience is preferred
~ Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight
~ CRM Experience: strong CRM experience,



capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
~ Communication Skills: strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels
