We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive and autonomous Strategy Consultant to join our LATAM Commercial Strategy & Performance team in Madrid. The role will support commercial teams across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico, helping define, execute and monitor sales strategy, improve commercial performance, standardize ways of working and drive data- and AI-enabled transformation across the region.

Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and execution of commercial growth strategies across LATAM, including Strategic Plan and Budget processes.
- Independently lead commercial strategy and transformation projects across one or several LATAM countries, from problem structuring and analysis to implementation and follow‑up.
- Analyze complex sales, pricing, productivity and performance data to identify insights, diagnose challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
