Success in this role requires the ability to zoom in to deliver UX focused, sustainable processes, and zoom out to connect work to enterprise‑level priorities. You will co‑design and implement impactful leadership development initiatives, lead global talent processes, and partner closely with business and HR leaders to strengthen organisational capability.
Experience with organisational change/ cultural integration/M&A; is a strong advantage.
Lead the end‑to‑end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs.
Drive global talent processes, including calibration and high‑potential identification, aligned to performance management and succession planning.
