Documenting the project details.
Working on Digital platforms such BIM 360, ACC, Forma, Procore, CX Alloy and Asite etc.
Management of document control software system ensuring that all parties receive adequate training and then use the system.
In some cases, the client could operate on a different platform than Mercury, the document controller will be fully responsible for transferring the information between the platforms.
Ensuring the timely distribution of documents & drawings to project personnel.




Distribution of drawing transmittals, Reviews, RFI’s and submittals to client, designers and subcontractors.
Receiving and full quality check of all drawings and documents transmitted by the lead consultants.
Managing the project naming convention and ensuring all the documents on the system named as per the agreed naming convention.
Implementing and checking the naming convention on the project as per the company and project requirements.
Managing and tracking the time management system, reporting regularly.
BIM360 (or any other platform used on the project) Administration: adding members licenses, adding new companies.
Implement, upload and manage the O&M; file on the project and transfer all the information to the client platform as per the project requirements.
Full control of the Mercury platform and the client platform.
Assistance with day to day activities, including administration
