Responsabilities
- Act at all times as a Hotel Ambassador, representing Mandarin Oriental standards and values.
- Initiate contact with guests entering the hotel, offering a warm, welcoming and professional first impression.
- Deliver items to guest rooms promptly, including messages, mail, faxes, packages, flowers, requested items, and guest amenities.
- Ensure the security and control of guestroom access at all times.
- Understand guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses, escalating when necessary.
- Assist Doormen and Porters when required to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Support Concierge and Butler colleagues with guest requests and services, including the retrieval of theatre tickets, flowers, and other special arrangements.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
