Position activities:
GTD Science, Infrastructures & Robotics is now looking for an experienced Control Systems Engineer to participate in Fusion energy/Scientific projects. You will join our dynamic team, working on the ITER project, a cutting-edge nuclear fusion research facility.
- Designing control system architectures, including PLC hardware layouts, I/O allocation, network topology.
- Programming mainly Siemens S7-1500 PLCs using TIA Portal.
- Designing Software architectures including state machines for complex systems.
- Integration of PLC code with SCADA systems (e.g WinCC OA, EPICS, CODAC)
- Performing hands-on testing: building test setups
