You will manage blueprint, inventory intake, high-velocity outbound dispatch, and ensure compliance with local regulations and the Madrid Logistics Collective Agreement.
You will lead Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators, drive SOP design, establish a metrics-driven culture, and align with integral HQ on KPIs and continuous improvement.
