As a P&O; Strategic Business Partner, you will act as a trusted strategy and execution partner to the Head of P&O; Generics and Head of P&O; Biosimilars. You will translate the people agenda across both organizations into structured programs, clear governance and coordinated leadership actions, ensuring strong execution and measurable business outcomes. Througn alignment, execution excellence and cross-functional collaboration, you will help deliver impactful people initiatives across both businesses.
Partner with general business leaders to shape and execute people and organizational priorities across Generics and Biosimilars, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives,



business performance needs and enterprise priorities.
Translate global P&O; strategy into a focused business people agenda, including talent, organization, culture, workforce and leadership priorities across the global organization.
Act as a senior connector across the global matrix, aligning business leaders, P&O; Centers of Excellence, country teams and enterprise partners around common priorities, decisions and actions.
Lead and influence key P&O; and business transformation initiatives, including organization design, workforce planning, change management, leadership effectiveness and adoption of global programs.
Provide strategic advice, challenge and coaching to senior leaders on people, organization and leadership topics, helping teams navigate complexity, change and global business priorities.
