Role Summary We are looking for a strategic and highly driven Social Media Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This is a full‑time role for someone who wants full ownership of Double Tap's own social media presence, from strategy and planning through to filming and posting.
At the core of this role is the ability to build, plan, and actually run a proper social media strategy: setting the direction for our channels, translating that into a structured content calendar, and making sure it gets implemented consistently, on time, and at a high standard. From there, you'll own the full cycle (developing concepts, filming content, and posting it), working closely with the Content and Studios teams along the way.
Key Responsibilities




Own Double Tap's overall social media strategy across all our channels; setting goals, tone, and direction for how we show up online.
Build and implement a structured, forward‑planned content calendar, ensuring consistent output and a clear rhythm across platforms.
Keep the calendar and strategy alive day‑to‑day. Planning while staying reactive enough to adapt to trends, football moments, and real‑time opportunities.
Develop content concepts and formats that bring the strategy to life and reflect our brand voice.
Film content in‑house, on location, and around company activity, creators, and events.
Edit content where possible (a big bonus, not a requirement).
Post and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), in line with the calendar.
Track performance across channels and use insights to continuously refine the strategy and calendar.
Collaborate with the Content and Studios teams to align on messaging, timing, and cre
